Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing, mixed-age Nursery and Reception setting. This term-time role offers the opportunity to join them on a permanent basis or initially through a temp-to-perm arrangement.
The schools Early Years provision follows the Curiosity Approach, providing a calm, engaging environment where every child is supported to explore, grow and thrive.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Understands EYFS best practice and holistic child development
Is creative, energetic and passionate about early learning
Can support phonics, early reading and small-group interventions
Builds strong relationships with families
Enjoys working as part of a warm, village-school community
There may also be opportunities to support their breakfast club.
Visits are warmly encouraged. We may interview early for strong applicants.
