Our client are a global brand that leverages technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As part of their ongoing growth, they're looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with strong Service Cloud expertise to help us optimise and scale our Salesforce platform.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person in the UK for managing, configuring, and enhancing our Salesforce environment, with a primary focus on Service Cloud. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across customer service, operations, and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities
* Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform with a focus on Service Cloud.
* Create and manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
* Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and flows to support business needs.
* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
* Support Service Cloud features such as case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
* Provide user support, training, and documentation.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
* Strong knowledge of Service Cloud functionality and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, and other automation tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Flexible hybrid working.
