Lecturer - Employability and Progression Wirral Metropolitan College is looking for a Lecturer in Employability and Progression to join our Conway Park Campus. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £27,647.00 to £36,042.00 per annum. Provide pastoral support to students. Assess and mark student’s work, provide feedback and maintain accurate records. Work collaboratively with other staff and departments. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employers and other stakeholders. Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of employability and progression initiatives. Skills and Qualifications: A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed/Certificate in Education, DTLLS). Evidence of continued professional development. Ability to work with a range of students, employers and other stakeholders. Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of employability and progression initiatives.
