Sales Coordinator / Administrator
Location: Castleford (Office-based, with hybrid after training)
Salary: National Minimum Wage + benefits
If you’re the type of person who picks up the phone instead of hiding behind emails, keeps things organised without being asked, and actually enjoys being busy – this could be right up your street.
We’re looking for someone to join our Castleford office, supporting our Sales Estimator and field engineers. It’s a fast-moving, hands-on role where you’ll be right in the middle of the action – chasing quotes, keeping jobs moving, and making sure engineers have everything they need to get the job done.
This is an entry-level position, but don’t mistake that for “basic” – you’ll learn quickly, get proper exposure to how the business operates, and have real opportunities to progress.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the link between customers, engineers, and the sales team – keeping everything ticking over.
* Following up customer quotes via phone and email
* Speaking confidently with customers to move work forward
* Creating job packs for engineers out on site
* Ordering ad-hoc parts and arranging delivery to site
* Updating Excel trackers and internal systems
* Providing general admin support across the team
