We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant within our Adult Social Care department. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity for 21 hours per week.

About You...

You will be an organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual who wants to make a real difference in their community. Join our committed Business Support team within the People Directorate, where you will be supporting the Community Teams for People with Learning Disabilities and Autism. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality administrative support, this could be the role for you.

You will play a key role in helping our services run smoothly, supporting frontline teams with essential tasks. This includes minute-taking for key meetings, taking telephone calls, managing correspondence, maintaining records, handling petty cash and supporting internal systems such as LAS and Smart Office.

Your contribution will directly support the delivery of care to individuals and families, making a meaningful impact every day.

Key responsibilities...


* Provide administrative support to the Community Teams for People with Learning Disabilities and Autism
* Attend and minute meetings, including safeguarding and multi-disciplinary sessions
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, maintain records and manage data quality
* Support financial processes such as petty cash and requisitions
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and data protection regulations
