Salary: £14.75 per hour Hours: 36.25 per week (Days) Driving: Essential for community activities (UK drivers licence held for at least 1 year) Contract: Permanent, full time As a Senior Support Worker at SDR, you’ll be part of a brand-new service, providing skilled, hands-on support to a young individual with autism, a learning disability, ADD, and episodes of dysregulated behaviour. You’ll help them settle into their new home, develop independence, and enjoy safe, engaging daily activities. You’ll also provide support to the team, offering guidance and sharing your experience to help other Support Workers deliver consistent, high-quality care. Your presence and expertise will ensure routines, activities, and positive interactions run smoothly, creating a safe and encouraging environment every day.
