Requirements for Groundworker: You must have at least 2 years previous experience as a Groundworker Competent in cold lay tarmac repairs & slabbing. Competent in drainage installs and repairs. Competent in laying/renewal of concrete pathways & bases. Operate machinery and equipment for all groundworks projects. General breaking out, clearing site and demolition of outdoor buildings/structures. Good work ethic. Ensuring sites are left clean and tidy and free from debris from all outdoor spaces. Follow health & safety guidelines at all times. Ability to use own initiative Ability to work under pressure Positive can-do attitude Good customer service & communication skills Full clean UK driving licence (essential) Qualifications: CSCS Preferred but not essential: NRSWA - Street works Competent in water main installs and repairs You will be required to work on an emergency call out rota rota to be discussed
