Creative Support is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join its administration team in Telford. This is a flexible opportunity available on either a full-time or part-time basis, ideal for candidates with prior experience in busy office environments and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a dynamic care organization. You’ll manage administrative tasks, coordinate recruitment documentation, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Filing, scanning, and archiving documents
* Logging and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel
* Creating newsletters and internal communications
* Collating and managing timesheets and submissions
* Supporting recruitment processes and candidate tracking
* Responding to emails and transferring calls professionally
* Performing general office duties as needed
Candidate Profile
* Experience in administration or office support roles
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Professional attitude and well-presented demeanor
* Ability to use initiative and work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite
* Full training provided
