Salary: £28,080 – £34,340 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience)

Our nursery is located within a 5‑minute walk from the town centre, offering excellent transport links via trains and buses. The local area features cafés and a lovely park, and the nearby village of Horsell is just a 5‑minute drive away. The converted house provides a warm, homely environment for children and staff alike, and a large, spacious garden enhances learning and outdoor play.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
* Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
* Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
