About the Role As a primary/nursery teaching assistant, you will: Work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the primary/nursery curriculum Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help children meet learning objectives Promote engagement, independence, and positive behaviour within the classroom Assist in preparing resources and adapting activities to support different learning needs Help create an inclusive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for all pupils This primary teaching assistant role offers flexibility, with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities across Stafford and surrounding areas.
