Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Recruitment & Compliance Officer located in London. The officer will oversee student recruitment activities, providing counselling and support to students during the admission process. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining student records, and fostering relationships with universities and students. Additional tasks include working with the finance and HR teams to evaluate financial plans and maintain adherence to compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* Experience in Compliance Management and knowledge of Regulatory Compliance
* Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess detailed documentation and situations
* Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
* Basic understanding of financial processes and ability to work on financial planning and support for students
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to handling tasks
* Demonstrated ability to adapt, work collaboratively in a diverse environment, and manage multiple priorities
* Prior experience in student recruitment or a related field is an advantage
* Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related discipline preferred but not mandatory
