About the Frimley Excellence Programme
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK with over 12,000 staff. Over the last 5 years we have developed an award‑winning Frimley Excellence programme and a culture of continuous improvement across our organisation. Frimley Excellence includes components of training and capability, large‑scale project work, deploying our strategy from board to ward and operational management systems. These are delivered and facilitated by our core Team of practitioners (our Centre of Excellence).
Responsibilities
As a Frimley Excellence Practitioner, you’ll be a leader in engaging our teams and coaching them to deliver change. You’ll deliver great training, motivate people to use their new skills and support them in managing projects and delivering benefits that add up to outstanding patient care within Frimley Health.

Key Impact
