We're recruiting a Client Manager on behalf of a fast-growing tech-driven marketing services company supporting some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of brand strategy, campaign execution, and platform adoption — helping global clients bring their activations to life across a suite of digital and operational solutions.

The Role:
* Manage daily relationships with key global clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
* Lead brand activations and campaign delivery, coordinating with internal teams (Design, Tech, Content, Supply Chain).
* Track account performance and use insights to improve results and guide client conversations.
* Spot and act on upsell opportunities, supporting growth across a £1M+ client portfolio.
* Assist senior leadership with planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
* Handle client escalations, resolving issues quickly and proactively.
* Support and mentor junior team members within your pod.
* Improve internal processes and contribute to scalable customer success practices.
* Be the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to shape product improvements.
