Chef de Partie – Boyd’s Grill & Wine Bar, Central London


£35,000 + service charge (~£4,000) | 48 hours | Career development + menu input


Hamilton Boyd is a growing collection of hospitality brands known for delivering standout dining experiences through exceptional food, service, and attention to detail. Each concept within the group has its own identity, but all share one goal: creating memorable moments for our guests.


Boyd’s Grill & Wine Bar is at the heart of this vision - a stunning Central London restaurant set within a historic Victorian interior. We focus on seasonal British ingredients, paired with a carefully curated wine list, all delivered in a calm, professional kitchen environment.

We’re now looking for a Chef de Partie who wants more than just a job - you’ll be part of a team that values creativity, consistency, and progression.

What you’ll be doing:

* Running your own section with confidence and consistency
* Cooking and plating to a high standard alongside the Head Chef
* Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
* Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture


What we’re looking for:

* At least 1 year as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
* Solid all-round kitchen experience (2+ years preferred)
* Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
* A genuine passion for cooking and developing your craft
* Someone who leads by example and supports their team
* Flexibility to work in a busy, dynamic environment


What you’ll get:

* £35,000 salary (48 hours) + service charge (~£4,000/year)
