CK Group are recruiting for an experienced Process Engineer, to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis.
Key duties will include:
* Provide engineering technical expertise in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Engineering Practice (GEP).
* Optimise manufacturing and packaging plant equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency in terms of cost and availability.
* Deliver improvements to equipment reliability and availability, maintaining metrics and KPI to demonstrate performance.
* Co-ordinate and participate in the development of risk assessment and method statements.
Your Background:
* HNC/HND/Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Practical experience of GMP manufacturing, packaging processes or equipment within a MHRA / FDA regulated facilities.
* Understanding / training in Lean Six Sigma
* Project Management training – CAPM / PMQ (or equivalent).
