About The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and committed Registered Manager to lead a well-established 4-bed children's residential home in Wolverhampton. The home is currently rated "Good" by Ofsted and benefits from the support of an experienced Deputy Manager already in post.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to all young people in the home
* Lead, support, and develop a skilled team, promoting a positive, safe and nurturing environment
* Develop care plans and therapeutic strategies focused on positive outcomes
* Work collaboratively with external professionals and stakeholders
* Maintain compliance with all Ofsted regulations, policies and legislation
* Oversee financial and operational performance of the home
* Promote safeguarding and the wellbeing of all young people
* Take part in the on-call rota when required
What You'll Need
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior role within children's residential care
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or willingness to work towards
* Strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and the Children Act 1989
* Experience managing budgets and home operations
* Full UK driving licence
* A commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for children
