Graduate Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools (Bolton)

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and want to gain valuable classroom experience while working alongside experienced teachers and education professionals. You will have the chance to support pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, developing the skills and confidence needed for a future career in teaching.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learning and helping pupils reach their full potential. You may work one-to-one with children, support small groups, or assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management. Roles are available on a daily, long-term, and full-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability and career plans.
The role may involve:
Supporting pupils with their learning across a range of subjects
Working with small groups to reinforce learning objectives
Providing one-to-one support for children who need additional help
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural development
This role is ideal for graduates who:
Hold a degree in any subject
Are considering a career in teaching or education
Have a passion for working with children and making a difference
Are patient, enthusiastic, and proactive
Have some experience working with children (highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided through Tradewind's "TA school")
