A bit about the job
As a Direct Retention Support administrator within PMI, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and helping them to understand, facilitate their PMI product. You will handle queries through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat, ensuring our customers receive a top‑notch service.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include managing a central mailbox, owning queries, and providing an exceptional service to our customers. With full training provided, you'll become a go‑to resource for all things PMI, answering questions about PMI products daily.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
* Excellent customer service skills (Private Medical Insurance knowledge would be beneficial, but this is not essential)
* Strong communication skills, including being able to complete email correspondence to a high standard
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Ability to build rapport easily and show empathy with customers, clients, and colleagues
* Able to listen & act upon what matters to customers/clients efficiently and professionally
What you’ll get for this role
* Starting salary of £26,700
* Bonus opportunity – 6% (B grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
