We are offering a role for an experienced Work Place Health Nurse within our World Class manufacturing Business, in order to deliver high-quality, on-site occupational health services across all our locations.

In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our employees by conducting medical assessments, supporting injury and illness management, and promoting a safe workplace environment.

You’ll work closely with both employees and leaders, providing expert advice and care, while aligning your activities with our Performance

Development and Progression Review (PDPR) plan to support departmental and organisational goals.

Commutable from Birmingham, Walsall, Dudley, Aldridge, Handsworth, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Moseley, Lichfield, Minworth, Aston and Tyseley

RESPONSIBILITIES for WORK PLACE HEALTH NURSE

* Conduct a wide range of occupational health assessments, including:
* Audiometry
* Driver’s medicals
* Drug and alcohol testing
* Employment medicals
* Blood pressure monitoring

Provide comprehensive health reports, particularly for long-term sickness or return-to-work cases, with clear workplace adjustment recommendations

Deliver first-line treatment and support for workplace injuries and illnesses

Maintain and manage the health surveillance programme across all UK sites

Keep accurate records of assessments and make actionable recommendations

Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated, and manage necessary stock levels

Participate in health and wellbeing campaigns and corporate audits

Compile data and generate reports as required, ensuring confidentiality of health information

Travel across sites and work flexibly, including covering night shifts when needed

REQUIREMENTS for WORK PLACE HEALTH NURSE

* A qualified and registered Nurse with a BSc or MSc in Occupational Health Practice
* Experience in occupational health, ideally within a manufacturing environment
* Proficient in conducting all standard occupational health checks
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible, collaborative approach
* Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel acrosssites
* Ability to work varied shifts, including occasional nights

Duties of a Maintenance Technician

As a proven Maintenance Technician you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, that will see you supporting state of the art automated production equipment.

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician

Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must be qualified either Electrically to a City & Guilds or NVQ standard and have some understanding of Plc controls, allied to have previous experience of supporting plant and equipment within a fast paced manufacturing or production environment.

The roles are commutable from Barton, Burton, Lichfield, Rugeley & Tamworth

We’re looking for a Software Engineer - Electronics / Mechatronics, with a strong understanding of electronics and ideally some experience in mechatronics systems. The role involves working on a variety of applications including tools used during the selection, sales and manufacture of their products, along with some exciting new projects intended to enhance the growth of the business

Software Engineer Essential Candidate Requirements

* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. Electronics Engineering qualifications would also stand out.
* Proven / demonstrable experience and knowledge of C#, Winforms and ASP.NET Core.
* Knowledge of SQL server databases.
* A broad range of software development skills, ideally including some mobile application development.
* Any exposure or experience of Mechatronics would be highly advantageous.

Software Engineer Desirable Requirements

* Awareness of Scrum, Azure DevOps
* Experience of version control (Git / Team Foundation Version Control)

Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

* Design, development, testing and release of new software applications.
* Maintenance, support and enhancements of existing software applications.
* Assisting the technical support team with customer queries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Creating CMM programs
* Evaluate measurement data
* Creating measurement programs for CMM with or without CAD model
* Drawing up initial sample test reports as per the VDA and PPAP template
* Implementing all measurement equipment
* Calibration of gauges
* Re-qualification inspections
* SPC

REQUIREMENTS

* It is essential that you have relevant CMM Programming experience
* Ideally PC-DMIS
* To have gained your experience from within a manufacturing environment
* Good working knowledge of PPAP’s and SPC
* Good level of IT Literacy
