Graduate Learning Support Assistant – SEMH Provision

Calling Psychology, Criminology, Art and English graduates.
If you’re considering teaching, educational psychology, counselling or youth intervention, this is the kind of experience universities don’t teach you.
You’ll work in a specialist SEMH setting supporting pupils who need structure, patience and someone who believes in them.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting pupils in small classes
• Assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation
• Building positive, consistent relationships
• Helping re-engage young people in education
• Working closely with experienced SEN teachers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
