Despite being a 360 recruitment role, the main challenge is the high demand for staff, providing excellent placement opportunities.
Role logistics include:
Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible based on individual).
Competitive base salary (DOE).
No threshold or desk fee.
Commission structure starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
