Location: London (hybrid, with regular time in the office and on shoots)
Salary: £35,000–£55,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative, socially savvy Personal Brand Content Creator to join a fast-growing, high-performing business to help shape the content presence of their hugely influential founder.
This is a standout role for someone who understands how to build a personal brand that feels authentic, engaging, and culturally relevant. You’ll be working closely to execute their content strategy for a dynamic founder with a strong voice, growing audience, and ambitious plans across social, content, live events, and beyond.

The Role
You’ll play a central role in capturing, creating, and shaping content that brings the founder’s personality, message, and mission to life. This is a hands-on role covering everything from shooting and editing to content planning, social execution, and storytelling.
The role will suit someone who is equal parts creative, detail-oriented, and commercially aware, with the confidence to work closely with a high-profile founder and the mindset to grow with the brand.
What you’ll be doing
* Creating engaging, high-quality content for a personal brand across social platforms.
* Shooting video content using DSLR/camera equipment in office, on location, and at events.
* Editing content on the go and turning raw footage into polished, social-first assets.
* Supporting the wider content strategy and contributing ideas for formats, themes, and campaigns.
* Helping to build a strong and consistent founder brand across multiple channels.
* Working closely with the founder and wider team to deliver content that feels both strategic and authentic.
* Producing content for behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, book-related activity, events, and day-to-day storytelling.
* Ensuring content is well presented, brand aligned, and tailored for social engagement.
* Staying close to trends, platform changes, and best practices in personal brand content.
About you
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in personal brand content, creator-led marketing, or social media for a founder, influencer, or public-facing figure.
You’ll ideally have:
* 3–5 years’ experience in content creation, social media, or videography.
* A strong background working on personal brands is essential.
* Experience managing or creating content for another business, founder, or creator-led account.
* Strong knowledge of how social media works, including strategy, content planning, and engagement.
* Confident camera skills, with experience using DSLR/video equipment.
* Solid editing ability, ideally with tools such as Canva and DaVinci Resolve.
* A strong eye for storytelling and a natural understanding of what makes content work.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to work closely with a founder.
* A polished and professional presence, with the ability to represent the brand well.
* A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to go the extra mile.
