Were working with an exciting, entrepreneurial restaurant business currently operating a flagship site in London, with ambitious plans to expand. As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are looking to appoint a commercially astute and hands:on Managing Director to lead the brand forward. This is a key hire to add value to this site and then roll this concept across London.
This is a leadership role, working closely with ownership to shape strategy, drive performance, and build the infrastructure required for expansion. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for day:to:day operations while positioning the business for sustainable multi:site growth.
The group has built a strong reputation for quality, experience:led dining, and operational excellence. With expansion on the horizon, this role will be instrumental in building scalable systems, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring brand consistency as new sites come online. This size could change with your vison, get this right and grow with the company.
The right candidate will be a London restaurant operator and an inspiring leader, someone comfortable being front and centre in the business while also operating strategically at board level. This is a genuine opportunity to shape the future of a growing London restaurant brand.
The Ideal Candidate
* Senior hospitality leader with 2+ years experience at Director or MD level
* Strong background in multi:site restaurants (high:quality, experience:led concepts preferred)
* Proven track record of scaling a business from single site to multi:unit growth
* Commercially strong with deep P and L ownership and financial acumen
* Experienced in site openings, brand development, and operational infrastructure
* Exceptional people leader with the ability to build and mentor high:performing teams
* Strategic thinker who remains hands:on and operationally credible
