As members of the Operations Team, we celebrate and cherish our clients by ensuring they have the most seamless and personalized experiences. We uphold the highest standards of operational excellence, maintaining a neat & organized store and overseeing all retail & stock operations.
Responsibilities include:
1. Delivering unparalleled service and results that uphold standards of excellence and luxury etiquette.
2. Achieving store operational excellence KPIs and supporting team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
3. Contributing to pristine store presentation and supporting the team with effective operational organization across services such as hospitality, personalization, gifting, etc.
4. Managing operations related to stock, transfers, cycle counts, inventories, and supporting payment processes and security measures.
5. Supporting store opening and closing procedures as a key holder.
6. Fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment centered on the belief that People Make the Difference.
