Mencap is looking fordedicated Support Workersto join our fantastic team inWarminster/Devizes.

As a Support Worker, youll have the chance tomake a real and lasting differencein the lives of people with learning disabilities. Youll work with a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique strengths, personalities, and support needs.

From supporting with everyday activities to offering emotional encouragement and companionship, your role will be varied, rewarding, and truly meaningful.

What were looking for

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

* Agenuine passionfor supporting others
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to buildpositive, meaningful relationships
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
* Apositive, empathetic, and person-centred approach
Contract option
* Full-time:37.5 hours per week
Shift patterns

Our services provide24-hour care, and rotas are preparedat least 4 weeks in advance, giving you the flexibility to plan your personal and social life.

* Day shifts:Between 07:00 22:00
* Sleep-ins:22:00 07:00
* Sleep-in payment:Enhanced flat-rate payment of£64.20 per sleep-in

*All roles are subject to anenhanced DBS checkand suitable references.
