Healthcare Assistant
The role
We’re looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join ourWard at Springfield Hospital. Putting patients first, you’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.

Where you’ll be based
Our hospital is conveniently located on the outskirts of Chelmsford with plenty of free parking onsite. The hospital has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients who are self-funding treatment, patients with health insurance, or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.
We are proud to work with over 200 of the most experienced and qualified consultants locally, most of whom also have substantive posts within the NHS. Our consultants are supported by a team of highly skilled and friendly nursing staff who have your care and comfort as their highest priority and our Resident Medical Officer who is on site 24 hours a day.
What you’ll bring with you
1. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
2. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Proven customer services skills
5. Be a highly motivated individual
6. Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments
7. Great communication skills
8. Flexible approach to your duties and your hours
