SEN Teacher – Primary Schools Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire Contract: Full-Time Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum (paid to scale) Start Date: ASAP Agency: Teaching Personnel Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with welcoming and inclusive primary schools in and around Basingstoke to recruit a dedicated SEN Teacher for a full-time role, starting as soon as possible. The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting primary-aged pupils with a range of additional learning needs. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive, structured, and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive. Key responsibilities include: Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to pupils with SEN Planning and adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff Creating a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to making a real difference.
