The Role
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you'll be driven to build strong client relationships and deliver successful outcomes. You'll manage a diverse caseload of leasehold and freehold properties, overseeing client instructions and preparing comprehensive contractual agreements.
This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced partners while contributing to the firm's expanding conveyancing practice.
Requirements
1. You must be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (whether a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner) with 1+ year experience. Candidates up to Senior Associate level will be considered.
2. You'll be confident, personable, and capable of independently managing your own caseload, while benefiting from a supportive team environment. A passion for client service and a commitment to excellence are essential.
