We are currently looking for skilled advisers who meet these qualifications to join our client’s expanding team in the Colchester area. They are a rapidly growing, independent Mortgage and Protection firm offering a unique opportunity for Mortgage Advisors to join their team and can offer a fantastic lead source with uncapped commission.
They are offering for the successful Mortgage Advisor:
1. Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience)
2. On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £70,000
3. Bespoke commission stricture on written business
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
4. CeMAP or equivalent qualification
5. Minimum of 1 year with CAS status
6. Proven experience as a mortgage adviser
7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
10. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
11. Highly organised with effective time management
Key responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Advisor:
12. Generating mortgage business
13. Providing top-tier customer service at all times
14. Maintaining proactive and ongoing customer communication
