Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Used Car Sales Manager to join the team at Agincourt Mazda.

Responsibilities
* Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
* Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
* Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new vehicles for delivery
* Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs
* Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs
* Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
* Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed
Qualifications
* Strong leadership abilities
* Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
* Experience in auto sales preferred
* Two (2) years of management experience
* Valid OMVIC License preferred
