Digital System Advisor Remote - Up to £30,000 + £7,500 car allowance
As a key member of our digital learning team, you’ll support the management and optimisation of our Learning Management System (LMS). Working closely with the Digital System Manager, this hybrid role is perfect for someone passionate about learning technologies and keen to grow their expertise in LMS administration, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven learning support.
You’ll travel nationally to attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions, while also assisting with content capture and supporting wider digital initiatives. Your work ensures our LMS remains engaging, compliant, and aligned with business goals—covering everything from content deployment and reporting to enhancing user experience.
Whether helping new starters access induction materials, guiding managers through development pathways, or maintaining the smooth operation of digital learning programmes, you’ll play a vital role in making our systems intuitive, reliable, and learner-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
* Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems or other digital platforms
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
* Experience with reporting or analytics dashboards
* Confident communicator with a passion for technology
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Curious about digital learning trends and innovations
