Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team as an Account Executive. Working hours: 37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00 (30 minutes daily break).


Responsibilities

1. Applying structured sales techniques to develop business opportunities with prospective and existing customers
2. Proactively analysing customer needs and requirements, and coordinating the development and implementation of suitable solutions
3. Working with customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services
4. Coordinating and collaborating with other teams across FedEx to deliver a seamless, outstanding customer experience


Candidate Profile

* Highly motivated, customer-focused, and commercially aware
* Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the business environment and a track record of managing multiple accounts to customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication and contact skills
* Creative, enterprising, convincing, and genuinely interested in customers
* Demonstrates initiative, organization, discipline, and adaptability in a team environment
