Your Role
Provide 1:1 and small group support within a High Dependency Unit
Apply ABA techniques and PECS to help pupils communicate, learn, and become more independent
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver individualised learning plans
Contribute to a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment every day
Bring a proactive, resilient, and flexible approach to supporting students' progress
