Customer Service Agent
Location: Uxbridge | Hybrid Working: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)

What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of customer cases, ensuring smooth, professional service from start to finish. You’ll act as the main point of contact for our clients, working with both internal teams and external partners to ensure every case is handled efficiently and with care.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing long-term customer accounts with professionalism and empathy
Providing regular updates to customers and tracking case progress
Liaising with third-party insurers, repairers, engineers, solicitors, and stakeholders
Investigating details related to claims, including liability and potential fraud
Making sound decisions to ensure a positive customer experience and protect the business

Essential Skills & Attributes:
Outstanding phone manner and confidence handling high call volumes
Previous experience in a customer service or claims-related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational abilities, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines
Comfortable making decisions and influencing positive outcomes
Confidence when dealing with challenging customer situations
Tech-savvy, with knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Friendly, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learnBonus Points For:
