Senior Account Manager (Football Ticketing) – Maternity Cover at Fuse, London, United Kingdom.
Reporting to: Account Director. Fuse is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who is a strong leader and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You will be the day-to-day point of contact with two key clients who have football partnerships with Premier League clubs and the Four Home Nations. The role includes managing communications, request and approval processes, delivery of client tickets, events and hospitality activations across match days, and overseeing financial reconciliation for both clients. There may be an additional need to support around certain Premier League and Home Nations match days.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, well organised, detail‑oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of ticketing guest management systems would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Be the day-to-day point of contact with two clients
* Manage one or more Account Executives
* Oversee the management and distribution of ticketing assets across the two clients
* Oversee the management and execution of global communications to be distributed to markets of each client, with final review and approval of all communications
* Oversee the management of two dedicated inboxes, ensuring timely responses to clients
* Act as a point of escalation for the team to the client as required
* Manage and lead on all financial reconciliation across both clients
Desired Skills & Experience
* Experience in marketing, specifically in managing partnerships, ticketing and hospitality
* Project/Account management experience across a range of sport brands would be ideal
* Experience with online ticketing portals and guest management systems preferred
* Strong or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with an understanding of financial processes
* Strong reporting capability
* Experience in managing mid to senior level clients and internal stakeholders
* Experience of people management and ability to motivate and manage project teams
* Proactive mindset and can-do attitude
You need to have the ability and willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on-site at events and some weekend work. This is a full-time role and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
