Hypothesis: Clear routines and structured teaching will improve confidence and outcomes. Method: Teach Science with clarity, consistency, and calm authority across KS3 and KS4. As the Science Teacher, your classroom operates like a well run lab. Practical lessons are purposeful. Theory is explicit. Vocabulary is repeatedly revisited until it sticks. Recorded Responsibilities Deliver structured Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons Teach scientific method, not just outcomes Plan lessons that progress knowledge logically Manage practical work safely and calmly Prepare students for KS4 assessment requirements Track progress and adapt teaching accordingly Maintain consistent classroom routines Skills Noted as Essential Strong subject knowledge Clear explanation and modelling Confident classroom presence Organised approach to planning QTS is desirable; unqualified teachers are welcome to apply, particularly candidates with scientific, laboratory, or academic backgrounds.
