Cyber Security Services Analyst
Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
Contract: Fixed Term - 12 months

The Cyber Security Services Analyst is a member of the Cyber Defence Centre, reporting to the Cyber Operations Manager. The role involves maintaining strong operational oversight of Security Services within DLG, managing operational security services, reviewing the security impact of operational changes, and monitoring toolsets for security violations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enter Cyber Security within a large financial services company.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of security services, including Exceptions processing, firewall modifications, business queries, and certificate management.
* Manage Security Exception processes and reviews, understanding potential impacts and collaborating with CISO teams.
* Issue and manage certificates within the business, with a good understanding of PKI infrastructure.
* Review Data Loss Prevention monitoring and response, alongside communications compliance and insider risk.
* Ensure timely and efficient handling of requests, aligning them with the wider CISO functions to serve customers effectively.
* Maintain security oversight of technical infrastructure and raise concerns that pose security risks.
Requirements
* Operational experience with firewalls, anti-virus, content filtering, URL filtering, authentication solutions, switches, routers, VoIP, firewall zoning, and PKI infrastructure.
* Ability to identify issues and suggest improvements in Information Security services.
* Good understanding of ITSM systems and processes.
* Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with diverse technical skill levels.
* Understanding of teamwork dynamics in an operational security environment.
