Your Role as SENCO:
* Lead the school’s SEN provision, ensuring students receive the right support.
* Oversee EHCPs, targeted interventions, and collaborate with external agencies.
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop individualized learning plans.
* Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and best practices in education.
* Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance SEN support across the school.
Who We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation (or willingness to obtain it).
* Experience in managing SEN provision in a secondary school setting.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a commitment to inclusion.
* A deep understanding of SEN strategies and legislation.
* Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
