If you have experiencewithin repairs and maintenance, working for tier 1 contractor and managing numerous contractswithin the social housing sector, I want to speak with you.
Divisional Commercial Manager duties:
* Support operationalteams, manage and develop commercial staff and drive value and performance across the division
* Full commercial management of a large, high-profile responsive social housing contract
* Overseeing multiple workstreams including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and heating
* Ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting
* Working closely with operational and client teams to drive performance and margin
* Managing subcontractor procurement, payments and commercial compliance
Divisional Manager requirements:
* Proven experience as aCommercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyorwithinresponsive social housing works
* Strong background managingmultiple workstreamsin a high-volume environment
* Demonstrable xsngvjr experience leading and managing commercial teams
* Excellent knowledge of social housing contracts and commercial frameworks
* Confident stakeholder manager, able to work with clients, internal teams and supply chain
* Willing to travel across the West Midlands to sites and offices as required
