Based in our London Head Office, you will connect with senior stakeholders daily and work with other departments to support business objectives.
Accountabilities
* Execute trades in equities, fixed income, and funds.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client mandates, and internal policies.
* Maintain accurate records of all trading activities.
* Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
* Manage risk and adhere to risk management policies.
* Provide regular reports on trading performance and market conditions.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of trading processes and systems.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a trading environment.
* Working towards or possessing a Level 6 Diploma in Investment Operations.
* Good system knowledge – experience with Nexus/Eximius preferred.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
* Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
