Our client in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated Semi Senior to join their dynamic accounting team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Client Managers and Directors, providing essential accounting and technical support across a varied portfolio of clients, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders. The focus will be on VAT and management accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial reporting. The successful candidate will also assist with book-keeping, VAT returns, and the preparation of year-end accounts, incorporating corporation and income tax computations. A comprehensive study package will be provided to support your ongoing professional development. Minimum of two years' experience within a practice environment Proficiency in preparing VAT returns and management accounts Experience with year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and ideally experience with Digita Suite, SAGE, QuickBooks, Xero, Virtual Cabinet, DEXT, Auto Entry Attention to detail and organisational skills to meet deadlines Proactive approach and strong communication abilities This role offers a fantastic opportunity to further develop your accountancy expertise within a supportive environment.
