The Job Mission
You will support business change and transformation communications and engagement. You will enable clear stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical audiences. You will work within our Digital & Business Change team to integrate engagement across transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting delivery of strategic communication plans for change initiatives
* Applying change-management methodologies to address both emotional and practical transition aspects
* Collaborating with Business Change Analysts and Project Managers to integrate communication and engagement activities
* Leading early stakeholder identification and continuous engagement across business and Digital functions
* Facilitating workshops, focus groups and collaborative sessions to gather insights and build consensus
* Developing inclusive, user-centric communication materials for accessibility and adoption
* Supporting capability building and knowledge transfer through training and development plans
* Using analytical skills to assess feedback, measure engagement and refine communication strategies
* Employing creative techniques such as storytelling, interactive content and visual media to drive engagement
* Contributing to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and adapting approaches
Qualifications
Essential
* Proven ability to develop and execute communication plans supporting business change
* Familiarity with change-management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
* Experience engaging stakeholders across business and Digital functions
* Skilled in planning and facilitating workshops, focus groups and collaborative sessions
* Experience designing training and development plans to support change sustainability
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with ability to interpret feedback
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and digital communication tools
* Degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Business, Change Management or related field
✔️ Desired
* Certification in change-management (e.g., Prosci)
* Experience in a regulated industry or complex technical environment
* Experience bridging technical and non-technical audiences in transformation initiatives
* Creative communication experience using visual media, interactive formats or storytelling
* Experience in continuous improvement of communication strategies and lessons learned capture
