Reporting directly to the Service Charge Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to support the transformation of service charge delivery while ensuring a high-quality service to residents and stakeholders.The Role:You will be responsible for accurately calculating, constructing, and issuing both estimated and actualised service charges, with a particular focus on complex cases. Your work will ensure full recoverability of costs in line with legal, contractual, and policy requirements.
