Job Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant(s)

Are you a confident, experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking a flexible and rewarding new role? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of schools across theBradfordarea who are looking to recruit dedicated HLTAs to support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
These roles offerboth full-time and part-time opportunities, Monday to Friday, and are ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and capable of delivering pre-planned lessons, conducting small group interventions, and supporting the teaching team in raising attainment.
What we’re looking for:
* HLTA qualification or relevant Level 4 certificate (or higher)
* Proven experience supporting learning in a primary school setting
* Ability to take initiative and manage classroom environments effectively
* Confident leading lessons in the absence of a teacher
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work
