We’re seeking a delivery-focused Product Owner to help drive the development and rollout of new “My Account” features for a major digital transformation programme.
In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define, prioritise, and deliver high‑value product enhancements. You’ll bring a strong understanding of agile delivery, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of new “My Account” functionality
* Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation
* Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver high‑quality features
* Ensure clarity of requirements and user stories
* Monitor progress, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement
* Maintain a strong focus on user needs and measurable business value
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment
* Strong delivery focus and ability to drive outcomes at pace
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with customer‑facing digital products is highly desirable
