We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and safety-conscious LV Electric Supervisor to join our team in Kent. In this role, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that all Low Voltage electricity networks are installed to a high standard, in line with TriConnex method statements, DNO/IDNO specifications, and all relevant safety protocols. Reporting directly to the Senior Electrical Supervisor, you will lead the daily activities of LV operatives, overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of work on site. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in LV operations, team supervision, and a commitment to developing others. What will I be doing? Overseeing all LV installation activities across designated projects Supervising and managing site personnel, ensuring work is carried out to the required standard Assessing potentially hazardous situations and taking proactive action to maintain a safe working environment Conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections of the workplace, tools, equipment, and vehicles Supporting the training and development of TriConnex personnel working toward authorised status Assisting in the testing and commissioning of LV distribution systems Understanding and checking local network anomalies, including phase rotation Coordinating with SAPs and other teams where required to support safe working on or near live networks Ensuring compliance with TriConnex Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures Accurately recording details of work undertaken and maintaining site records Supporting operational planning and coordination with Operations Managers and Project Planners Promoting and driving a positive safety culture throughout the team What do you need to have? Proven experience working in a supervisory position within the electrical or utilities industry LV Authorised Person status Previous experience working on or adjacent to distribution networks under Safety Rules Strong knowledge of LV jointing, installations, and relevant DNO/IDNO standards Experience in mentoring and developing electrical operatives A collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners Excellent understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice Desirable: Previous experience with substation or switchgear installations NRSWA, SMSTS, and CSCS/SHEA certification Manual Handling & First Aid Certificates Full UK Driving License Our Benefits: Our company is devoted to ensuring our staff receives a comprehensive selection of rewards and perks.
