Job Description
Working closely with the business owners, the Finance Director will form part of the company's leadership team and help drive further growth in a multi-site environment. The successful candidate will be tasked with helping the business formulate a commercial strategy for expansion, and also be an integral part of any exit/additional funding strategy over the next 2-3 years. Responsibilities will include:
1. Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
2. Lead and manage the accounting and finance department.
3. Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
4. Communicate financial performance and forecasts to the Board.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
6. Identify opportunities for financial growth and efficiency.
7. Help further develop future financial planning by assessing performance and risks, in partnership with the board.
8. Manage relationships with external partners and investors.
