1. An understanding of the Frozen Food Category and how we intend to grow through renovating our Core and innovating via our Growth Pillars and Technology platforms.
2. Be the custodian of food values across NF

4. Translation of Foresights data to allow the wider Culinary team have a roadmap of future trends.
Culinary Art.
5. Unlocks a high level of skill from the culinary team at every level.
6. Designs a competency framework to support career development.
7. Promotes the chef / culinary community throughout the business and externally .
Qualifications
8. High level culinary skills, experience of running their own restaurant / managed teams.
9. Able to operate in a Corporate organisation / environment.
