About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Adviser to support multiple substation installation projects across East Lothian. This is a site-based role requiring strong safety leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across several project sites.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards, supporting construction teams, and promoting a positive HSE culture throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide on-site HSE support across several substation installation projects
2. Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
3. Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE legislation, and network operator requirements
