As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will supervise lessons following teachers’ plans, support students’ learning, and help maintain good behaviour and engagement across the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences. Follow lesson plans and support student learning. Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task. Promote positive behaviour and classroom expectations. Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Organised, reliable, and proactive approach. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
